We provide consular services including but not limited to:
- Visa application processing
- Passport services
- Document authentication
- Emergency assistance
- Appointment scheduling
3. Appointment Policy
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in services are subject to availability and may experience longer wait times.
- Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Late arrivals may result in rescheduling of appointments
- No-shows will be charged a processing fee
- Rescheduling is allowed once without additional fees
4. Document Requirements
Clients must provide all required documents for their specific service. Incomplete applications will be rejected and may incur processing fees.
- All documents must be original or certified copies
- Documents in languages other than English or Myanmar must be translated
- Photos must meet official passport standards
- Processing fees are non-refundable
5. Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.
- Fees are subject to change without notice
- Express services incur additional charges
- Refunds are only provided for cancelled services
- Payment receipts should be retained for records
6. Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the direct costs of services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by government authorities
- Rejection of applications by relevant authorities
- Changes in immigration policies or regulations
- Indirect or consequential damages
8. Code of Conduct
All clients are expected to maintain appropriate conduct while using our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Behaves inappropriately towards staff or other clients
- Provides false or misleading information
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Disrupts the normal operation of our services
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
